Our 2-pac painted doors are manufactured in-house from a machine grade moisture resistant MDF substrate using the latest CNC machinery & techniques available. We then seal our doors with a specialty polyester undercoat, allowing us to create a strong, high build base that enhances the depth of colour in the top coats of paint. We then apply numerous top coats to achieve a quality & durable finish.
